The Horizon is a combination of originals and covers. The concept was to create a story, start to finish. Much of this was recorded during Covid so some of the songs reflect that.

The new musician on this recording is Josh Plotner on oboe on Lay Down Your Burden.

In the 60-70's listening to music through headphones became popular and many artists created albums that were perfect for that sonic experience. This album is created that way. Unfortunately listening habits have changed and now we seem to listen in short bites on streaming services where the quality just isn't quite as good but very convenient and how most of our music is listened to, so this is not a complaint!

This is headphone music! But please enjoy it anyway you like.
